How to prevent student name rename themselves in Zoom and other settings
When Zoom session in ON
Click on Security - shield icon and do this
- Check ✓ Lock Meeting: This should be done when all students are already in meeting
- Check ✓ Enable Waiting Room
- Uncheck Share Screen
- Uncheck Rename Themselves
Disable Rename Themselves for all meetings
Login to your Zoom web account https://zoom.us/signin
- Click Settings and Meeting Tab
- Look for Allow Participants to rename themselves and uncheck radio button
